FY 2010- $16,421,474 (In closing, number may change somewhat)
FY 2011- $18,553,346 (Current FY budget)

For 2009, Energy Efficiency Incentives = 18.6 M – 6.7 M = $11.9 Million

From 2009 Annual Report:  Renewables Contracts = $49.6 Million

From 2009 Annual Report (above):  Total Fuel Cost  = $309.2 Million

From FY2011 Budget:  Fuel Costs 2009 = $442.8 Million
