The caveat on Fuel Cost of “excludes hedging and ERCOT fees” has been utilized in Annual Reports at least since FY2006, yet there has not been a discrepancy between annual report & budget document reported fuel cost totals evident until FY2009.
It would appear that AE changed its reporting policy for fuel costs in FY2009.
